Clinical Pharmacists

Our in-house pharmacists are a vital part of our team, they contribute to multiple aspects of patient care including long-term condition monitoring.

They are qualified to perform medication reviews, advise on medication changes, monitor long term conditions such as diabetes/asthma and issue prescriptions. We are fortunate enough to have a team of pharmacists so there is usually at least one on site every day, meaning appointments can be arranged within 1 to 2 days.
